Becky Dicharry, LPC.
Prayer Minister
Prayer Minister
Becky was baptized as a young child and grew up in a faith-filled home. Her parents divorced when she was a baby and as a result, rejection issues took a deep root in my heart. Growing up, she went to counseling but was never fully healed. Although she experienced significant trauma and abandonment at an early age, she can look back and see God’s protection and provision in her life.  In 2016, a friend invited her to a Passion for Purpose (called Heart Matters at the time) class and assured her it would be life-changing. Little did she know at the time that God would use this class to change the trajectory of her life. During that class, she truly began to understand her identity in Christ, God’s grace, forgiveness, and the beauty of inner healing. It was a painful process and at times it felt like she was going through emotional open-heart surgery, but the healing she received gave her freedom in many areas of her life. She also was blessed to take Healing Hearts of Children. A recent trauma in her life has been learning to deal with lyme’s disease which has affected not only her but also her children. She is willing to share all that she has learned through this strugge with others.
In 2018, she met Sherry at a couples retreat and felt a strong calling to begin training for prayer ministry through Elijah House 201. She also facilitated Passion for Purpose and Healing Hearts of Children for women. Having the opportunity to share these life-giving truths and offer others the opportunity to experience the freedom of inner healing brings her great joy and is her life’s passion.
Becky graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Master’s Degree in Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is also a graduate of Elijah House 202.
Becky lives in The Woodlands with her husband Jeff and 3 sons. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and cooking.
